Terms of Sale

1. Scope. These Terms of Sale govern the sale of digital products by Viral AI Lab ("we", "us") to any customer ("you") on https://viralailab.shop. Placing an order means you accept them in full.

2. Products. We sell digital products (a downloadable guide and related materials), delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped.

3. Prices. Prices are shown on each product page in the displayed currency, including applicable taxes where required. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when you place your order.

4. Orders. Your order is confirmed once payment is accepted and we send an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud or payment failure.

5. Payment. Payment is made online at the time of order through our payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal). The order is final only once payment is confirmed.

6. Delivery. The product is delivered digitally, by email or download link, immediately after payment confirmation and in any case within 24 hours. If you do not receive it, contact contact@viralailab.shop.

7. Right of withdrawal. As an EU/EEA consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw. For digital content supplied immediately, this right is lost once delivery has begun, provided you gave prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of that right. By ordering and accessing the product immediately, you give that consent and acknowledgment.

8. Legal guarantee. You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects provided by applicable law. For any genuine problem, contact contact@viralailab.shop.

9. License. The product is licensed for your personal, individual use only. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or reproduce it. See our Terms of Service.

10. Liability. The product is educational; we make no guarantee of income or results (see our Disclaimer). To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

11. Personal data. We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Consumer mediation. In case of a dispute, please first contact us at contact@viralailab.shop. If no solution is found, as a consumer you may refer the matter free of charge to our consumer mediator: [Mediator name, postal address and website].

13. Governing law. These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, without depriving you of the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
