1. Digital only. Viral AI Lab sells digital products. There is no physical shipping.

2. How you receive it. After your payment is confirmed, you will receive access or a download link by email, usually instantly and in any case within 1 hour. Please check your spam folder.

3. Access problems. If it does not arrive or will not download, email contact@viralailab.shop with your order number and we will help promptly.

4. Updates. Where the Product includes free updates, we will make updated versions available to you through the same download link, your account, or by email.
